D-PAN

If you had noticed, there are video on the bottom of this blog. What is a D-PAN ? Deaf Performance Artist Network. It was recently started by a deaf man name, Sean Forbes . He grew up in a musician family. He wanted to become one. He is the only deaf person in the family and the only one out of his two brothers that wanted to become a musician. His parents were discourage of the idea because he is deaf. He kept dreaming about it and one day he met up with the producer and made his first video in Texas. I met him a few week ago when he came to EKU to present his work. He will be at the deafestival in Louisville next month. He wrote a few of his own songs and it will be in a sepearate dvd in the future.
